The British Columbia Regional Service Committee Meetings
meets four times each year to conduct the business of the Region. Three of these meetings
are held at a single (static) location and one meeting, typically the second meeting
of the year, is held at a location determined by rotation (floating).

General Meeting Time - Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00
Sub-committees times - Saturday from 1:30pm to 4:00pm
Note: All BCRSC participants are requested to have their reports Emailed to the BCRSC Secretary two weeks prior to the meeting.
